Join Tracey and Catia for a Somatic movement, Ritual and Sound journey supported by Sacred Cacao to celebrate the threshold of Samhain - the Celtic New Year. At this threshold time, when the veil between the worlds is at its thinnest, we will honour our ancestors and open to receive their wisdom and support as we make our descent into the darkness.

This ceremony celebrates the quiet power of the liminal, embracing darkness, rest and shadow work - held safely by the warmth of the community hearth. This sacred central flame holds the centre and offers light, heat and protection until the light makes its returns at the Winter Solstice.

An evening of calm, restoration and inner alignment. This sound bath invites you to slow down, soften your edges and explore the quiet landscapes within. Through breath, intention and healing sonic frequencies, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation where the body unwinds and the mind can finally exhale.
